Emerald Gardens is centrally located, just off I-94 and Hwy. 280, between both downtowns and just one block from the planned Central Corridor Light Rail Line. The new line will run along Univesity Avenue connecting both downtowns, the Hiawatha Light Rail Line and the University of Minnesota campuses. The planned Westgate Station will be steps outside the doors of Emerald Gardens.
